Gardiners Creek (Darebin Creek Trail/Anniversary Trail Ride)
Leaving from University Hill, opposite La Salita at 8.00am ,we travel along the ring road path and turn on to the Darebin Creek Trail. We head south via Alphington/Fairfield then on to the Main Yarra Trail and join the Anniversry Trail. From hear we stop at Hartwell Station/Fordham Bakery for a coffee break then continue on through Ashburton where we join the Gardiners Creek Trail. The trail takes us past St Kevins College and along the suspend bike path under the City Link on the Main Yarra Trail. Once in the city we devert off the trail around the MCG then make our way to Wellington Pde to the Capital City Trail. We turn off and head back along the St Georges Rd trail and make our way back to University Hill.
Option to catch the train from Jolimont Station or Rushall Station for a shorter option
